Your 1099 MISC forms will Line up Perfectly It can be so difficult to find envelopes that fit printed 1099 forms perfectly. Some will show the recipient's address but not the sender’s address, while others will hide parts of the addresses, and worse, others will show parts of the tax form like the personal tax number. So much for security. Our 1099 tax envelopes have a unique bottom window design so your personal info will always be hidden, and our window locations are positioned perfectly to line up with your addresses. NO NEED to reformat your software. Bottom window location of 1 1/2'' from the bottom, and a window height of 1 7/16” prevents the federal personal tax identification number from showing in the bottom window like other tax envelopes Bottom window location of 0.5” from the left side, and a window width of 3 3/8" guarantees your recipient's address will show without the need to reformat quickbooks for all your 1099 COPY forms. Just print and slide the form in Security with a Professional Look It can be frustrating to purchase envelopes only to find them flimsy enough to have you worried about their durability during transit.
