Contact Us Fluid End Features Include: Easily configurable for operating pressures from 4,000 to 20,000 psi (275 to 1,400 bar). A single stainless steel frame plate is utilized for all operating pressures, ensuring adaptability and durability. Engineered for minimal volumetric clearance and stress, while maximizing resistance to shock and pressure. Precisely drilled passages reduce turbulence for optimal fluid flow. Precision-machined valve seats and stuffing boxes made from high-grade stainless steel. Colomony®-coated plungers for 4-10K operation and solid tungsten carbide plungers for 15-20K operation. Power Frame Features include: Horizontal configuration for ease of access and a low center of gravity. Durable cast-iron housing with gravity lubrication and a large oil reservoir. Forged steel crankshaft mounted in heavy-duty bearings, with drive pinion output shafts on both sides for opposite-hand drive capability. Large-diameter cylinder crossheads operating in full circular guides, fitted with hardened wrist pins for extended life.
