Heirloom Material Return | Your materials Returned

When you trust us with a piece of your family's history — a uniform, a blanket, a duffle bag worn by someone you love — we don't take that lightly. The Heirloom Material Return covers everything required to get your remaining materials safely back to you. That includes careful packaging, proper labeling, handling with the care your items deserve, and return postage directly to your door. Depending on the timing of your order, your materials will be returned one of two ways — tucked inside the same box as your finished heirloom piece, or shipped separately in a dedicated package to ensure nothing is delayed.
