100% Heat Shut-Off Valve [Vanagon]

Tired of roasting in your van—no matter where you set the controls? That stubborn hot air pouring from the front vents is usually caused by a defective front heater valve, a bent heater control cable, or worn heater box flap seals. This allows radiator heat to sneak inside the cabin uninvited. The result? An uncomfortably warm cabin when all you want is cool, fresh air. Meet the fix that actually works: Our heavy-duty, motorized ball valve. This bomber shut-off valve completely blocks coolant flow to the front heater core—so when you ask for no heat, you get no heat. Flip the dash-mounted switch and the valve instantly opens or closes, giving you total control over your cabin climate. Instant comfort – no more fighting with stubborn heater controls. Durable build – designed to last. Easy operation – just one simple switch to cut off the heat flow. Stop putting up with unwanted heat. Take back control and enjoy every mile.
