Manufactured in the USA, each pad is made from open-cell Basotect® melamine foam bonded to a durable nonwoven backing. The result is a long-lasting melamine floor machine eraser sponge pad that delivers powerful cleaning action without relying on harsh chemical cleaners. Chemical-Free Micro-Abrasive Cleaning Power When thoroughly saturated with water, these floor machine cleaning pads create controlled friction as they move across the floor surface. This gentle micro-abrasive action breaks apart and lifts embedded dirt, black heel marks, and stubborn scuffs from hard-to-clean areas. Because they clean without stripping or dulling the existing finish, they are ideal for maintaining corridors, patient rooms, classrooms, cafeterias, and other high-traffic areas where appearance and safety are critical. Designed for Low-Speed Floor Machines (150–350 RPM) These industrial floor cleaning pads are optimized for standard-speed equipment, including single-disc rotary machines, oscillating floor machines, and low-speed automatic scrubbers operating between 150 and 350 RPM. They are especially effective on automatic floor scrubbers used for heavy-duty cleaning in large commercial and institutional facilities. Their low-RPM compatibility ensures efficient soil removal while preserving floor coatings. Fits Standard Pad Drivers & Multiple Flooring Types Designed to accommodate standard 10″ round pad holders, these melamine floor cleaning pads integrate seamlessly into existing maintenance programs. They are compatible with a wide range of commercial flooring surfaces, including LVT, VCT, terrazzo, ceramic tile, porcelain tile, epoxy-coated floors, and concrete.
