10 Foot Pallet Fork Extensions Heavy Duty Forklifts

Extend your material handling range with these 10-foot pallet fork extensions. These units convert standard forklifts or pallet jacks into machines capable of transporting oversized inventory without frequent repositioning. With a 120-inch linear span, they are engineered to hold long construction materials like drywall, lumber, and pipe that exceed the capacity of standard factory forks. The additional length allows operators to carry full loads through narrow aisles or doorways more efficiently than with shorter tines. Extension Length: 10 feet (120 inches) Condition: New Mechanism: Slip-on design for compatible mast systems Common Uses: Building supply centers, fabrication shops, and cold storage facilities When installing extensions, remember that the mechanical advantage changes with length. Extending the face of your forklift moves the center of gravity forward, which reduces the maximum allowable weight for safe lifting compared to using the stock forks. While these 10-foot extensions offer superior reach for bulky goods, maintaining balance is essential to prevent tip-over incidents during transport. This kit provides a cost-effective alternative to purchasing a specialized wide-reach lift truck. By upgrading your existing equipment, you can adapt your fleet to handle variable load sizes ranging from long timber to electrical conduit. Inspect the locking mechanisms and hooks prior to every shift to ensure secure attachment to the carriage plates.
