I created this sliding scale pricing to help make my offerings more accessible to those suffering financial hardship or those who hold marginalized identities. It’s great to do a couple times a year, and Fall is an ideal time. You get better results when you restore your nervous system with Ayurvedic self-care practices, like tongue scraping, self-massage with oil, and spacing out meals. Increase the impact by joining our community. It’s fun, and we learn from each other through sharing our experiences, discoveries and challenges. This is a deeply rejuvenative program. You will be preparing and eating lots of delicious, nourishing food. You’ll also be giving your body space to properly digest and detoxify. This program is not about restricting your diet, though it is possible you release some long-held habits and you may lose some extra weight. This program is intended to restore your body, mind and spirit in ways that help you heal yourself. Join the 10-day Fall Ayurveda Reset today!
