1 Whole Bison

Full Retail Price $6,798.95.  Approximately 336 lbs bison meat.   Fill your freezer with the health of bison! All cut and packaged for your freezer. Packages are vacuum sealed for safe and extended freezer time to protect meat from freezer burn. Needs approximately 8 Cu. Ft for freezer space. Our bison are all harvested at 2 years old and are all heifers giving you the most tender bison meat you can buy.  Our bison are grass fed from birth until ninety days before harvest when they are put on corn and alfalfa that we raise right here at our ranch. Corn imparts a slightly sweeter and richer flavor profile to our bison meat.  Alfalfa is a protein-rich forage that ensures that the meat remains lean and nutrient-dense while supporting muscle development and tenderness. Together, corn and alfalfa create a balanced diet during the finishing period, resulting in bison meat that is tender, juicy, and flavorful while still retaining the health benefits associated with bison. 12-6 oz Bison Tenderloin Steaks 16-10 oz Bison New York Strip Steaks 20-6 oz Bison Sirloin Steaks 16-10 oz Bison Ribeye Steaks 8- 16 oz Bison Skirt Steaks 8-8 oz Bison Flat Iron Steaks 1-12 oz Bison Hanger Steak 21-2.5-3 lb Bison Roasts 5-2.5-3 lbs Bison Short Ribs 136 lbs.
