This "1 in 4" necklace is the perfect gift for your sister or friend who has lost a pregnancy or experienced a miscarriage. One in four women will experience this. This miscarriage keepsake necklace represents that you are NOT alone in your miscarriage journey. These necklaces are gorgeous and we get so many compliments on them! They are handmade with a dainty but durable gold filled or sterling silver chain (tested by the tugging on of a one year old). They are simple and elegant making them perfect for everyday wear or for a night out. They pair well layered with our satellite chain necklace.  This necklace comes in lengths 16″-20″ and it comes with a 1.5” extension chain so the necklace can be adjusted.  Please refer to our size guide to learn more about how our necklaces fit.
