Currently available to North Carolina customers only, $400 deposit required to book. Eighth beef quantities are 50-55 pounds of beef. This is the perfect way to sample a little bit of everything Carson Family Farm has to offer. Our premium, local beef is pasture raised and grain finished for a smooth flavor profile. It is processed at a USDA inspected facility, and dry-aged for an enhanced flavor and ultimate tenderness.
