1.75 Gallon Extension

The RotopaX 1.75-Gallon Extension lets you securely stack a second fuel or storage container on top of a 1.75-gallon RotopaX pack. Designed with the same precision engineering as the rest of the RotopaX system, this extension maintains a tight, rattle-free fit through vibration, heat, and trail abuse — giving you more capacity without adding complexity. This extension threads directly into the existing Pack Mount base, locking your second container in place with a solid, one-piece design. Whether you’re running dual fuel packs or stacking a storage or water container, the 1.75-Gallon Extension keeps your setup compact, stable, and easy to remove when needed. If you plan to mount a 1.75-gallon pack on top of a larger container (1-, 2-, or 4-gallon), use the Standard Extension instead for proper fitment and clearance. Key Features Designed for 1.75-Gallon Base Packs — allows secure stacking of additional RotopaX containers. Precision-Machined Construction — tight, wobble-free fit for long-term use. One-Piece Design — threads directly into Pack Mount for easy installation. Rugged and Durable — built to handle off-road vibration and temperature extremes. Dimensions: 4” x 1” x 5” Compatibility: all RotopaX fuel, water, and storage containers. Note: extensions defeat the locking function of LOX mounts — use DLX or Standard mounts when stacking. Mount your first container to the Pack Mount, thread in the 1.75-Gallon Extension, then align and seat the second container on top. Tighten the handle until firm — no movement means it’s trail-ready. Lightweight, strong, and engineered for real-world use, the RotopaX 1.75-Gallon Extension adds modular flexibility to your setup without sacrificing strength or safety. Partner item — ships directly from RotopaX.
