1.5 Inch Pulse Output Gas Meter - PGM-150-CF

1.5 Inch Gas Meter - PGM-150-CF. This is a robust, accurate gas meter that can be read locally, or can be set up to be read remotely when paired with an Omnimeter Pulse v.4 and an EKM Push3 gateway. The complete system provides your gas meter data in the cloud for free! No recurring fees of any kind. ~section 2~ Mounting: Outdoor Mount Units: Cubic Feet (ft³) Dimensions: H327mm x W316mm x D226mm Model: PGM-150-CF This gas meter operates like a traditional gas meter, which can be read directly on the meter dials. It also has a pulse output for remote reading. The pulse output wires can be extended up to 10,000 ft. You can use this meter to measure natural gas, propane (LPG), air, or any other non-corrosive gas. We do not recommend that this meter be used to meter Hydrogen. No additional power source is required.  This pulse output gas meter can be connected to our EKM-Omnimeter Pulse v.4, which is our new pulse input meter. This is our most advanced electric meter to date. This meter can count the pulse outputs from up to 3 pulse output devices. It can also control up to 2 external relays, which allows you to turn things on and off remotely. Similarly, our new EKM-ioStack (beta) has the ability to count the pulse outputs from up to 4 pulse output devices. It has the added benefit of being powered by 12V DC instead of 120V AC like the Omnimeters, which makes it easier and safer to install. This gas meter, when connected to a v.4 Omnimeter or ioStack, can send pulse data to the cloud with our EKM Push3 data system. The Push3 sends all of your meter data to our cloud database and enters it into your personal account, where you can access it for free. In other words, with this system you can easily monitor gas use, at an unlimited number of sites around the world, for free. Encompass.io Encompass.io is our free online meter management platform for monitoring data, managing meters, generating bills, and more. It is designed specifically for people who are remotely reading their meters via the EKM Push system. This platform can be used to visualize data on customizable dashboards, visualize cost, monitor trends, group meters, and a lot more. Each meter and meter group in Encompass can also be set up to email you, and/or your tenant, PDF bills. Here is a sample PDF gas bill: This pulse output gas meter can be connected to our EKM-Omnimeter Pulse v.4, which is our new pulse input meter. This is our most advanced electric meter to date. EKM Widget The following example shows gas meter data displayed on the EKM Widget. The data is made available by connecting the gas meter to the Omnimeter Pulse v.4 and the EKM Push3 gateway, which is also connected to the internet in order to send the data to the cloud.Product Specs: Dimensions: 12.87" Tall x 12.44" Wide x 8.9" Deep, or: H327mm x W316mm x D226mm Weight: 17.2 lbs, or: 7.8kg No power source required Pulse Rate: 1 pulse per cubic foot of gas measured Casing: Steel Connection Thread: NPT 1.5 Inch Inlet and outlet separation (to center): 200 mm Direction of inlet: Left in, right out Nominal flow-rate (Qn): 353.1 ft³/h Minimum flow-rate (Qmin): 3.53 ft³/hr Maximum flow-rate (Qmax): 565 ft³/hr Natural Gas: 581,950 BTU/hr Propane: 1,405,720 BTU/hr at 60ºF (temperature dependent) Minimum Operating Pressure: 0.0735 psi Maximum Operating Pressure: 7.25 psi Total pressure loss: ≤ 0.04 psi Cyclic: 0.176 ft³/rev Permissible Error: Qmin ≤ Q < 0.1, Qmax ± 3%, 0.1 Qmax ≤ Q ≤ Qmax ±1.5% Min.
