This option requires about 5 cubic feet of freezer space.  Approximately: 25% steaks: possible cuts may include tenderloin filets, sirloins, ribeyes, denvers,  chuck eye steaks, flank/skirt steaks, & strip steaks.  35% slow cook: possible cuts may include chuck/arm/rump roasts, brisket, short/plate/flanken style ribs, tri tip, cutlets, ossobuco, picanha, soup bones & stew meat 40% premium ground beef *Each cow yields different quantities and weights of cuts.
