The weight of beef that the customer gets is typically 55-57% of the hang weight. That would be 228 lbs. from a half beef at 400 lbs. Weights will vary, as we finish them out until they meet our high standards for delivery to our customers. For an idea of rough cost:  Vacuum seal: 400 lbs. x $6.00 = $2,400.00 + Idaho Sales Tax Compared to purchasing all items individually on the website, there is a significant savings estimated on average over $650.  Learn all about TCC Beef Shares here.
