These Neoprene buffers are die cut and concentric. This Neoprene buffer has a thickness of 1/6", which is exactly twice as thick as standard Neoprene buffers. This is useful for users who need a better AoE in case a standard 1/32" pad isn't thick enough. Neoprene buffers are typically adhered on top of Sorbothane buffers for additional protection. Cyanoacrylate (Super Glue) is the recommended adhesive for installation. Neoprene can be used by itself or in conjunction with sorbothane.
