The 48.3mm Mitchell Riser features a Mitchell female top plate and a Mitchell male bottom plate with a 1 1/2″ (48.3mm) receiver. This versatile riser allows users to customize the height by inserting four pieces of 1 1/2″ (48.3mm) speed rail into the receiver. Pipes are not included. Average delivery is 4–11 days — the shipping team handles all the customs paperwork. In some regions the carrier may collect a small local import tax on delivery.
