097736 Bronze Vane

Introducing the 097736 Bronze Vane by Blackmer The 097736 Bronze Vane is a replacement part engineered for use in Blackmer positive displacement and sliding vane pumps. Made entirely from high-quality bronze, it offers enhanced durability, corrosion resistance, and thermal stability, ensuring reliable performance in continuous pump operation. The vane measures approximately 3.5 inches (89 mm) in length and 2 inches (50 mm) in width, designed to fit specific Blackmer pump models as part of their vane assembly. This bronze vane features a flat face and smooth edges, crafted to ensure optimal sealing and reduce internal wear within the pump chamber. Its robust composition provides resistance to corrosive fluids and thermal fluctuations, suitable for a range of industrial applications including chemical processing, fluid transfer, and water treatment. The precise fit enhances pump efficiency by maintaining consistent fluid transfer and operational stability. The 097736 Bronze Vane is primarily used in industrial settings where long-lasting, reliable pump parts are critical. It is ideal for operators aiming to extend pump service life, improve operational efficiency, and lower maintenance costs. Its durability makes it suitable for budget-conscious facilities that prioritize dependable fluid handling components, ensuring continuous system performance without frequent replacement. Included in the package is a single bronze vane designed for installation within compatible Blackmer pump assemblies. It does not include mounting hardware, seals, or tools; proper installation requires standard mechanical procedures for vane replacement. This component is compatible with specific Blackmer pump models, ensuring an exact fit and optimal functionality. To maintain its performance, the 097736 Bronze Vane should be inspected regularly for signs of wear, corrosion, or damage. Cleaning involves wiping with a non-abrasive cloth; lubrication is generally unnecessary due to the bronze material’s properties. The vane can be reused if no significant deterioration is observed. Compliance with Blackmer’s maintenance guidelines is recommended to maximize the vane’s longevity and ensure reliable pump operation.
