Feuling Parts Part 7077 Engine Oiling System Upgrade Kit for Enhanced Performance

Upgrade your motorcycle's engine oiling system with the Feuling Parts Part 7077 Kit, designed for enhanced performance and reliability. This comprehensive kit includes a billet 7075 aluminum oil pump, which is 50% harder and stronger than the standard factory pump, providing tighter tolerances under high temperature conditions for improved oil flow and pressure. The kit also features Race Series® hydraulic lifters, including full-travel and short-travel options, engineered to handle heavy valve spring pressures, increase engine RPM before valve float, and maintain quiet operation. These components work together to create a smoother, quieter engine operation and increase overall performance. The oil pump and lifters are engineered to elevate oil pressure by 15-30 psi, scavenge more oil, and improve circulation, resulting in engine temperatures that are 25°-35°F cooler and oil temperatures 15°-30°F cooler. This effective thermal management reduces stress on engine components, prolonging engine life and enhancing reliability. Additionally, the kit helps eliminate wet sumping, blowby, and oily air cleaners, ensuring cleaner exhaust and better engine efficiency. Test results indicate a gain of approximately 3 horsepower and 4 ft./lb. of torque at the rear wheel, demonstrating measurable performance improvements. The kit includes a bearing retainer plate and all necessary hardware for a straightforward installation. Designed for high-performance applications, the Feuling Parts Part 7077 Oil System Upgrade Kit is ideal for riders seeking to maximize their engine's efficiency, power, and longevity. Whether you're building a race-ready setup or just looking to improve daily ride reliability, this upgrade provides the critical components needed for a significant performance boost and smoother engine operation.
