1/8" x 1/2" SF-42 Round Nose Tree Carbide Burr, Double Cut, 1/8" Shank

The 1/8" shank burrs are for detail work: die sinking, small radii, lettering, cleaning up inside a tapped hole or a tight internal corner where a 1/4" burr simply will not fit. They run in a pencil grinder or a die grinder with a 1/8" collet, and because the head is small they want high speed and almost no pressure — these snap if you lean on them. Double cut throughout, so they finish as well as they remove. This is the SF-42: a 1/8" round nose tree head with a 1/2" length of cut on a 1/8" shank. Narrow contour work.
