BK Precision 20 MHz Sweep Function Generator - Model 4040B

Model 4040B is a versatile sweep function generator utilizing an advanced direct digital synthesis (DDS) design. These instruments generate sine, square, and triangle waveforms with high signal precision and stability. This model provides variable output voltages from 0 to 10 Vpp into 50 ohms or up to 20 Vpp into open circuit, and a continuously variable DC offset to inject signals directly into circuits at the correct bias level. Sine, square, and triangle/ramp waveform generation Bright color LCD display Linear and logarithmic sweep AM/FM modulation Adjustable duty cycle Adjustable DC offset that allows large offsets with small amplitude waveforms Store and recall instrument settings Output On/Off button Gate and burst mode (4040B only) Built-in counter USB interface with SCPI-compliant command set Overvoltage, overcurrent, and short circuit protection on main output
