FEATURES Reinforcing plate for installing CB Anchors on metal deck Fasteners not included  From The ESS Team Ensuring worker safety on metal decks requires fall protection solutions that balance security with mobility. Enter the Guardian CB Anchor Spanning Plate, a user-friendly and versatile component that reinforces existing CB anchor installations for improved fall protection performance. This innovative plate allows workers to move freely while staying securely connected to their fall protection system.     Why Choose the Guardian CB Anchor Spanning Plate? Enhanced Mobility on Metal Decks: This spanning plate is specifically designed to work with Guardian CB anchors (sold separately) installed on metal decks. By reinforcing the anchor point and distributing the load across a wider area, it allows for greater freedom of movement for workers compared to single-point anchors. This is particularly beneficial for tasks that require workers to bend, twist, or climb while connected to their fall protection system.     FME Prevention Champion: Dropped tools and equipment are a major safety hazard on construction sites. The CB Anchor Spanning Plate minimizes this risk by providing a secure connection point for workers. This eliminates the need to retrieve fallen objects over edges, reducing the risk of dropped tools becoming foreign material exclusion (FME) hazards and disruptions to workflow.     Simple Installation and Long-Lasting Performance: The spanning plate is easy to install with basic tools. It simply screws onto the existing CB anchor, creating a reinforced and secure connection point for your fall protection lanyard or self-retracting lifeline (SRL). Made from high-strength steel, this plate boasts exceptional durability, ensuring long-lasting performance on construction sites. Compatibility with Existing CB Anchors: A key advantage of this spanning plate is its compatibility with existing Guardian CB anchors. This eliminates the need to replace your current anchor system, maximizing cost savings. Ensure you choose the correct spanning plate model (CB-12 or CB-18) to match your existing CB anchor size. Value-Driven Fall Protection Solution: The Guardian CB Anchor Spanning Plate offers exceptional value. It's a cost-effective way to upgrade your existing CB anchor system and enhance worker mobility on metal decks. The simple installation process minimizes downtime, and the durable construction ensures long-lasting performance. Who Needs the Guardian CB Anchor Spanning Plate?
