0.2mm Needle and 0.2mm Nozzle spare set for Mini Airbrush

*Suitable for both versions of the Mini Airbrush (Built-in Battery or the Replaceable batteries)   Pros: Fine Detail: Ideal for intricate work like painting small highlights, tiny details on faces, or adding textures to scale models and miniatures. Thin Lines: Excellent for creating hairlines or shading small areas without overspray. Paint Economy: Uses less paint, making it cost-efficient for detail work. Cons: Clogging: Thin nozzle openings are more prone to clogging, especially with thicker paints or improperly thinned paint (e.g., enamel or acrylics without sufficient thinning). Limited Paint Flow: Not suitable for covering large areas or applying base coats due to the slow, narrow spray. Requires Proper Thinning: Paint must be thinned more than usual, which can affect coverage and durability, especially with lacquers or automotive paints. Best Uses: Painting intricate details on scale models (e.g., panel lines on a 1/144 Gundam or face details on Warhammer miniatures). Working with highly thinned acrylics or lacquers for subtle effects.   Practical Examples Miniature Faces or Armor Weathering: Use a 0.2 mm nozzle with highly thinned acrylics for fine detail like eyes, rust streaks, or edge highlighting. General Model Painting: Use a 0.3 mm nozzle for painting camouflage patterns, blending effects, or adding moderate highlights with enamels or lacquers. Base Coating or Priming Large Models: Use a 0.5 mm nozzle for applying primer or a full base coat with lacquer or automotive paint for smooth, even coverage. Conclusion Choose 0.2 mm for precision detail and subtle effects. Choose 0.3 mm for versatility and balanced performance. Choose 0.5 mm for coverage and speed when painting large surfaces. The ideal nozzle depends on your specific task, the paint type, and how much detail or coverage you need!
