µDAC

Checking in at just 3.5"x3.5"x1.25", our µDAC packs a huge amount of muscle into a small package. Using the same ESS DAC technology as our larger DAC-2 series, the µDAC delivers smooth, quality sound whether it's low-rez internet radio or high-rez component streaming. With two S/PDIF inputs that support 24-bit 192kHz signals, as well as an asynchronous USB for computer streaming, the µDAC delivers much of what the big boys offer, but with a smaller footprint and at a lower price. Whether you're just dipping your toe into better-quality digital music -- or maybe sharpening up a small computer system -- the µDAC is the solution for you!  "Using the USB input with the server, music was beautifully rendered with an airy, smooth, extremely transparent sound. There were fine levels of detail, as even the smallest and most subtle sound in a mix was easier to pick out than with the other three DACs....I can't emphasize enough that the μDAC is a superb unit, that I have spent many hours listening to, and enjoying every minute."  Review of the µDAC: Affordable DAC shootout, Postive Feedback
